The Department of Dialysis at the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for our patients suffering from kidney failure. Our team of expert physicians and nurses is trained in the management of complex medical conditions and is committed to delivering the most advanced and effective treatments using dialysis.
Our department is equipped with the latest technology and techniques to support our patients undergoing dialysis, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. We understand that dealing with chronic kidney disease can be overwhelming, which is why we strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and deliver the most compassionate and supportive care possible.
Dialysis can allow individuals to live productive and useful lives, even though their kidneys no longer work adequately. SIUT performs on average 1000 dialysis sessions per day. The institute has state of the art machinery and skilled technicians that perform dialysis on patients each day. Over 394,504 patients got their dialysis performed at SIUT in 2019. The rapid increase in kidney diseases and end-stage renal failure has also enhanced the number of dialysis patients that travel to SIUT each day.
