SIUT joins the global observance of World Patient Safety Day 2026 under the theme “Safe Care for Noncommunicable Diseases” and the message “Safe Care for Life!”
At SIUT, patient safety means listening to patients and turning their experiences into meaningful improvements. The Patient Safety & Quality (PSQA) Department has introduced a Patient Voice Kanban to keep patient experiences visible and guide action through three simple steps:
VOICE HEARD → REFLECT → ACT
This approach helps transform patient concerns into learning, improvement, and safer, more continuous care. At SIUT, keeping the patient at the center of improvement is an ongoing commitment—not just a one-day activity.
