At SIUT, Radiology services started in 1980 with a mobile X-ray unit. Earlier, X-ray services were provided by the Radiology Department of the Civil Hospital, Karachi. Later, an ultrasound machine was added. The Department of Radiology was established at SIUT in 1993. Today, SIUT has a well-equipped radiology department offering the following facilities.
