Submissions

BioethicsLinks Online publishes articles and commentaries on current ethical and sociocultural issues, particularly those that hold relevance in the context of Pakistan and other low to middle-income countries in the region. Many of these are invited articles from experts and scholars, but submissions are also welcomed from authors who have something original to say about emerging issues that have ethical, social, and cultural aspects, ranging from local laws to climate change or the state of education. Also of interest to our readership are personal narratives, in particular, stories ‘from the trenches’ by healthcare professionals and researchers. Occasionally, we also publish reviews of literature, artwork, or films that connect to ethics.

Accepted articles are published on our webpage as ‘online first’. Some of these may eventually be published in our biannual (print) newsletter Bioethics Links.

We are moving towards a bilingual webpage and are accepting articles in both English and Urdu.
