Quality Management Programs

Our quality management program is designed to successfully achieve our service commitment goals. Policies, processes and procedures integral to the quality of our services are identified, developed, validated, implemented and reviewed for improvement in accordance with current standards of practice and the requirements of international regulatory agencies. Competent, well-trained staff and informed users of our services are the key to our success. To achieve this we have devised the following protocols:

  • Internal and External Quality Control Schemes
  • Laboratory Information System (LIS)
  • Host Interfaced Autoanalyzers
  • Computerized Quality Control Data
  • Online reporting both "in" and "out" patients
  • Three month patient record
  • Computerized stock and inventory control
